HIGH BARNET

EAST BARNET
This small village area benefits from excellent schools, and transport links to the A406 north circular road. Nestled between High Barnet and Southgate it is an excellent location for families and children, In the heart of East barnet is Oak hill park, in summer is the venue for classic car shows, and other outdoor activities. There are a number of great restaurants and local pubs for this nights out.Â
FRIERN BARNET
Friern Barnet is within the London borough of Barnet, the area is situated between Muswell Hill and Finchley. Most homes in this area are either Edwardian or Victorian, and there is a great sense of community with both families and young proffesionals. There are also many semi detached properties, and a large amount of properties that have been converted into flats. The area is approximately 8 miles from Charing Cross, and is very close to North Finchley, New Southgate and Muswell hill. This diverse area is close to the A406 North circular road.
COCKFOSTERS
This leafy tree lined area is situated close to Barnet and Hadley wood and Southgate. Situated close to Trent Park, and Middlesex university campus, a range of diverse restaurants, boutique shops, and coffee shops, makes this area a great place to either buy or rent a home. It is also the home of Saracens rugby club, and the Chicken shed theatre club. Cockfosters station is part of the Picadilly line with great links to the Central London.
SOUTHGATE
Southgate is a one of the most popular areas to live in for families and students, In the heart of Southgate is Barnet and Southgate college, the rea also benefits from southgate underground station on the piccadilly line, and has easy access to Kings Cross station. PALMERS GREEN
Palmers green is a leafy suburb close to Southgate and Winchmore hill. This very diverse area, consists of large detached houses, modern flats, and is a fantastic area for both buyers and renters. One of the main attractions of this vibrant area is the coffee houses that offer a wide range of specialist patisseries and food. Palmers green station is located on Aldermans hill and is approximately 6 miles into kings Cross.
POTTERS BAR
Potters Bar is situated in Hertfordshire, very close to Barnet. This area has a mix of great shops, and restaurants, in both Darkes Lane and the High Street. There is a range of places to visit including the Wyllyotts Theatre, Furzefield leisure centre, Oakmere Park and Gardens. Transport links from Potters Bar overground station which is situated on the Great Northern Main line with great links to Kings Cross.
HATFIELD
Hatfield is a town in Hertfordshire that is close to potters Bar and Brookmans Park, This area appeals to many as its a real mixture of homes, and offers value for money, to both buyers and renters. This area is great for commuters, and offers speedy trains via Hatfield station to kings cross in 30 minutes. The main attraction to this lovely area is Hatfield House with fantastic walks, Restaurants and history. This makes a great day out for families and children. WELWYN GARDEN CITY
In 1920 Sie Ebenezer Howard founded Welwyn garden city, this fantastic area, has some interesting places, Stanborough lakes, with its wide open spaces, newly opened splash park, and water sports. Gosling stadium, provides with its great running track facilities, dry ski slopes, and a wonderful leisure centre.For the golfers there are three separate golf courses. This area is a great place to live for both families and renters. There are many schools in the rea with great ofsted ratings. Transport links are via Welwyn Garden city and Welwyn North into Kings Cross, and by road is the A1.
ARKLEY
Nestled a short stroll from High Barnet, arkley is a picturesque area that has been the home to many celebrities in past years. A diverse range of both period and modern detached homes makes this area a hotbed for families looking for the ultimate tranquil retreat. There is easy access to the M25, and M1 and the A1.
MILL HILL
This wonderful area is a short drive to Central London, and roughly 30 mins by car. The broadway is the main focus to this area with some of the best restaurants and shops, and cafes in North London. EDGWARE

Its an ideal place to live as it offers fantastic shopping, golf courses, parks, and tennis courts at Stonegrove. This vibrant area is close to Brent cross shopping centre with its big name retailers. There are great schools, a fantastic local community.
BUSHEY
This trendy, arty area is nestled between Barnet and Watford its mix of quaint cottages, and large detached houses makes this an ideal place to live. Bushey high street has fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and has a real village feel. Watford shopping centre is only a short distance. Euston Station can be reached in 25 minutes.
BURNT OAK
This area sits in the borough of Barnet, and is south of Edgware, this multi cultural area, has a fantastic range of bars, restaurants and coffee shops, to cater for all. The area also offers a weekly market, with a diverse range of items on sale. There is also a leisure centre close by. Burnt oak station is on the Northern Line and has easy access to Central London, you also have easy access to the north Circular A406. NORTH FINCHLEY
